Skating custom-made longboards since the ripe age of 10, Brianna Enders – better identified around town as Breezy – has known her passion most of her life. Market Mafia fell in love with Breezy’s vibe, and product, at first meet. If we had to describe her in one sentence we could say she’s the perfect storm of easygoing artist and sharp entrepreneur.
For Breezy “art has always been a source of inspiration and intrigue,” so it was only natural she felt “compelled to marry the two into a collection of art-based, functional longboards.” Adjective Dragon is Breezy Boards’ limited-edition, debut longboard collection featuring the original art of five local Tampa Bay area artists. In addition to creating decks, the company also collaborates and co-brands with Destroyer Fest to promote local, Florida-based bands.
Enders enjoys the market scene because she “gets to see a variety of people sharing what they love to do with the community. It’s inspiring to surround yourself with people who are actively following their dreams.”
This Friday, May 26th, you can catch Breezy Boards and the Street Team celebrating their one year anniversary at Urban Deli and Drafts! There, visitors will have a chance to meet the artists behind the Adjective Dragon designs. Pop over to the Facebook event page for more details! If you can’t make it out Friday evening, you can check out Breezy Boards’ collection anytime at Local Longboard Company on Central Avenue.
