Hailey Noelle is the beauty with the bright-colored locks, phenomenal talent and eclectic taste behind Noelle & Lola. The Noelle & Lola handmade line includes purses, clutches, cross-body bags, ditty bags, and make-up bags – just to name a few. Custom creations are also available by request. Hailey’s been one of our favorite vendors to follow as her brand has rapidly grown since starting up in August 2016. Recently she’s made the leap to full time entrepreneur and passion pursuer, cranking out bags all day, every day. Once you see them, you’ll understand why she’s so busy and business is booming!
Hailey is 100% self taught, telling us she’s “always been creative and originally started in the more traditional medium of pencil drawing and acrylic painting.” She picked up her mom’s old Singer sewing machine in high school and started teaching herself, but it wasn’t until Youtube took off that she really began learning to sew and started to work heavily with textiles.
Lots of locals love markets for a vast variety of reasons, so why does Hailey love to #HitTheMarket?
“When you work in a studio all day your human interaction happens online. I love vending at local markets and events because you get to interact with not just your customers, but other amazing local vendors as well. The community in Tampa Bay is amazing and it is bursting with talent. I can get interaction, feedback, and creative inspiration all in one place.”
We’ve been extremely fortunate to have Noelle & Lola vend at a couple of our collaborative markets in the past, including Sunshine City Souk in St. Pete. Hailey is a joy to work with, her goods are unique to the Bay, and her passion is contagious! Her favorite markets to vend at or visit are Tampa Indie Flea and St. Pete Indie Market.
Hailey describes her favorite markets saying, “Great events put on by great people. They have some of the most unique vendors around; the vibe of the event is laid back, but super cool and trendy.”
Makers gonna make. But outside of her creative life and business Hailey’s a total history buff. Prior to starting her own business she worked as a Shipwreck Researcher for Odyssey Marine Exploration and was the lead researcher on the SS Central America project in 2014. How cool is that? This boss babe has beauty and brains, with degrees in both Anthropology and History.
To shop Noelle & Lola anytime, anywhere – visit her Etsy store. Around town you can find her bags at Strands of Sunshine in Downtown St. Pete, Abby’s Health and Nutrition in Carrollwood and April Daze in Stuart.

Later this month on Saturday, December 16th she’ll be vending at our Winter Solstice Extravaganza & Fashion Show co-hosted by yours truly and held at Mastry’s Brewing Co. on St. Pete Beach.
